Bredahl Tour Bus

Talked away the morning . Early afternoon back to Kenmare and Shaorns house. Caught up on some paperwork. Sat around for a comfortable evening.

Spent last nite at the Bredahl Ranch. Visited and played around. Late afternoon back to Minot and Appelbys for birthday dinner for Caiden.Most everyone there. Big group in a back room so lots of fun. Back to the ranch for the nite.

We had an engine problem coming into Kenmare. Made arrangements to take it into Minot for service. Took the coach in today. Did some shopping and return to Kenmare leaving the coach there.

Tour the Harold Schafler Museum. (producer of several well known kitchen products) Then over to the Chateau de Mores, home for the family that started the town. Very ahead of the time home --- of course with servents. Stopped in New Town for dinner and games. Now on to Kenmare. Arrive about 9PM

Left for Medora ND with Gene/Ellie and Sharon with us. Took hyw 22 from New Town to Dickenson. Awesom view of the Badlands. Medora -- lunch the shops and Teddy Roosevelt cabin and Park. Medora was started by a Frenchman in the late 1800s. He was the first to ship beef processed instead of on the hoof. He cut ice from the river in the winter, stored in in straw and sawdust , then used it to ship the beef to Chicago. In the evening we went to a Pitchfork Fondue dinner and a great musical show in a amphitheater.
